Factory-to-consumer (F2C) describes commerce transactions between a manufacturer and a consumer. Contrasting terms are business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C). Consumers can (individual or in group) buy large quantities directly from the factory. For example, large private constructions or events. Manufacturing is the creation or production of goods with the help of equipment, labor, machines, tools, and chemical or biological processing or formulation. It is the essence of secondary sector of the economy.
