Mariee Siou (born February 4, 1985) is an American folk singer-songwriter. Biography Her father Gary Sobonya is a mandolin player of Polish and Hungarian descent, and her mother Felicia is of Spanish, Paiute, and Indigenous Mexican descent. Gentle Thunder, born Lisa Carpenter, is a Native American flautist of Cree heritage with three solo albums to date. An album is a collection of audio recordings issued on compact disc (CD), vinyl, audio tape, or another medium such as digital distribution.
