Fábio dos Santos Barbosa (born 9 October 1980 in Campina Grande, Paraíba) is a former Brazilian footballer. Career Fábio Santos started his career at Sao Paulo state. Fábio Santos was signed by Lyon in January 2007 from Cruzeiro. He was loaned to São Paulo FC in January 2008 until July 2008. After being released by Lyon, he signed a -year contract with Fluminense in May 2009, rejoining Fred. On 26 April 2010 Cruzeiro signed the midfielder, the player coming from Fluminense and signed until 31 December 2010. After the match against São Paulo on 13 May 2010, Fábio Santos told the press that the match was his last as a player due to successive pains to his knee, which suffered four surgeries during his career, and he claimed he wasn't fully recovered from his last injury. Fábio Santos Romeu (born 16 September 1985 in São Paulo), known simply as Fábio Santos, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a left back for Corinthians in the Campeonato Brasileiro. Fábio Santos has a reputation for being a penalty kick specialist. Club career São Paulo Fábio Santos started his career for São Paulo as a youth player. He was promoted to first team in 2003 and feature in the major club's honours in this period, including the Copa Libertadores and FIFA Club World Cup. Despite of his lack of playing time during this period, he out on loan to J1 League giants Kashima Antlers. Loan years He spend the 2006 season playing for Kashima Antlers, making 20 appearances and scoring three goals. José Fábio Santos de Oliveira (born April 21, 1987 in Maceió), commonly known as Fábio or Fábio Santos, is a Brazilian striker. He currently plays for URT. Career Fábio Santos started his professional career in Japan with J2 League club Mito HollyHock, he made 13 appearances and scored 3 goals during his time in Mito before moving on to join fellow second tier side Shonan Bellmare. He scored another 3 goals in a total of 15 appearances for Shonan before returning to Brazil in 2006. He firstly joined Coruripe before signing for Gama, his next club was Villa Rio but despite remaining with the club for four seasons he appeared in just 14 matches for them as his spell was littered with loan spells.
