Fabio Lozano Torrijos
Fabio Lozano Torrijos ( Santa Ana; –) was a Colombian lawyer, politician, soldier, diplomat, businessman, writer and chronicler. He was a member of the Colombian Liberal Party. He was the leader of his party in Tolima, and a diplomat at the service of several Colombian governments, the most relevant being in Peru, where he was one of the signatories of the Salomón-Lozano Treaty (1922), also serving in Mexico and the United States. His descendants stood out in politics as part of Colombian liberalism. Falan is a town and municipality in the Tolima department of Colombia. Falan was founded before 1539, by the Guandecas and Pomponáes tribes. It was discovered by Spanish Baltazar Maldonado in 1539. The population of the municipality was 17,251 as of the 1993 census. The total area of the municipality is 238 km². Republic Of New Granada
The Republic of New Granada was a 1831–1858 centralist unitary republic consisting primarily of present-day Colombia and Panama with smaller portions of today's Costa Rica, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru and Brazil.
