Fabian Schaar
Fabian Schaar (born 13 March 1989) is a German track and road racing cyclist. Schaar won the German youth championship in the team pursuit in 2005. In 2006, Schaar won a stage of the Course de la Paix The Peace Race (german: Friedensfahrt, cs, Závod míru, sk, Preteky mieru, russian: Велогонка Мира (), pl, Wyścig Pokoju , french: Course de la Paix, it, Corsa della Pace, ro, Cursa Păcii) was an annual multiple stage bicycl ... and got German youth Champion both in the single and in the team pursuit. In 2007, he again won a stage of the Course de la Paix and achieved the 3rd place in the overall ranking. Schaar joined Team Ista for the 2008 season. In 2009, after team Ista was closed, he joined the Swiss Team cycling sports. As of 2010, Schaar is a member of the Continental Team Heizomat Mapei. Hoyerswerda
Hoyerswerda () or Wojerecy () is a major district town in the district of Bautzen in the German state of Saxony. It is located in the Sorbian settlement area of Upper Lusatia, a region where some people speak the Sorbian language in addition to German. Hoyerswerda is divided into the Old Town and the New Town, surrounded by village areas. The Old Town is the historical centre with many old houses and sight-seeing attractions, the New Town is more modern and varicoloured. Prior to the renovation of the town, prefabricated apartment blocks predominated in this area. The town has many lakes, marshes and waterways in its surrounding area, because of its situation in Lusatia. This brings many tourists to spend their holidays there. Leif Lampater (born 22 December 1982 in Waiblingen) is a German former professional racing cyclist. He competed in the men's team pursuit at the 2004 Summer Olympics. He mainly focused on track cycling and excelled in the madison, individual pursuit, team pursuit and six-day racing. In his career, Lampater won three national titles in the team pursuit and the madison. he has won Track cycling World Cups in team pursuit twice and twice in madison. On top of that he won a total of eleven six-day cycling events. The UCI Track Cycling World Cup (formerly known as the UCI Track Cycling World Cup Classics) is a multi race tournament held over a track cycling season - usually between October and February. Each series is divided into several rounds, each held in a different country. Format The UCI Track Cycling World Cup is a key event within the Track Cycling calendar, with only the World Championships and the Olympic Games attracting more World Ranking points.
