FX (channel)
FX is a brand name used by a number of different television channels throughout the world owned by Disney International Operations, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company. FX was originally established as a standard or premium cable television channel in the United States but has expanded worldwide. Current channels Canada On August 6, 2011, Rogers Sports & Media entered into a licensing agreement with FX Networks to launch FX Canada as a pay television channel. The network, which launched on November 1, 2011, features a mix of FX original series; acquired American movies and series; and original Canadian programming and sporting events (as required by the Canadian content rules imposed by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission). FX (Italian TV Channel)
FX was an Italian TV channel, which launched on 21 May 2006 in Italy on Sky Italia. It broadcast Italian and US movies and TV series. It also aired a selection of mystery-related documentaries after their passage on the National Geographic Channel, as well as some documentaries produced by the channel itself (e.g. ''Biancaneve'', a report on the cocaine consumption in Central Europe). Every weekend, the channel aired "Nocturama", a night-long marathon of top network TV series like '' Burn Notice'' and ''It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia''. Fox Showcase (formerly known as Showcase) is an Australian premium drama cable and satellite television channel. It was initially part of the Showtime Australia channels and was managed by PMP chief executive officer Peter Rose.
