FIBA South America Under-17 Championship For Men
The South American Under-17 Championship for Men is a basketball tournament held about every two years among the ten countries of South America and is organized in part by FIBA Americas. The tournament serves as a gateway to the FIBA Americas Under-18 Championship. Through 2013, the tournament had been held 22 times. FIBA Americas
FIBA Americas ( es, Confederación Panamericana de Baloncesto, french: FIBA Amériques) is a zone within FIBA (International Basketball Federation). It is one of FIBA's five continental confederations. Ibarra, Ecuador
Ibarra (; full name San Miguel de Ibarra; Quechua: Impapura) is a city in northern Ecuador and the capital of the Imbabura Province. It lies at the foot of the Imbabura Volcano and on the left bank of the Tahuando river. It is about northeast of Ecuador's capital Quito. History Ibarra was founded in 1606 by order of the President of the Royal Audience of Quito, Miguel de Ibarra.
