''FDR '' is a 1996 interactive CD-ROM game developed by Corbis. The title allows players to explore the life and times of Franklin D. Roosevelt through imagery, documents, video, a timeline, and other multimedia. Development ''FDR'' was scheduled for release in late 1996. The game's distribution strategy involved being pushed to museum stores and other specialty outlets. The game is one of six created by Corbis including '' Leonardo da Vinci'' and '' A Passion for Art: Renoir, Cezanne, Matisse, and Dr. Barnes''. Flight Data Recorder
A flight recorder is an electronic recording device placed in an aircraft for the purpose of facilitating the investigation of aviation accidents and incidents. The device may often be referred to as a "black box", an outdated name which has become a misnomer—they are now required to be painted bright orange, to aid in their recovery after accidents. There are two types of flight recording devices: the flight data recorder (FDR) preserves the recent history of the flight through the recording of dozens of parameters collected several times per second; the cockpit voice recorder (CVR) preserves the recent history of the sounds in the cockpit, including the conversation of the pilots. The two devices may be combined into a single unit. Together, the FDR and CVR objectively document the aircraft's flight history, which may assist in any later investigation. Frederick Regional Airport
Frederick Regional Airport is a city-owned, public-use airport located three nautical miles (6 km) southeast of the central business district of Frederick, a city in Tillman County, Oklahoma, United States. It was formerly known as Frederick Municipal Airport. History The airport was opened on 23 September 1942 as Frederick Army Airfield with four hard-surfaced runways, three of length (00/18; 04/22; 13/31) and one long (09/27). It was also used as a civil airport under a joint-use agreement. Felix McTeigue
Edward "Felix" McTeigue was a Grammy Award-nominated record producer and songwriter. Career Notable songs by McTeigue include Platinum selling and number one Mediabase hit "Anything Goes" for the band Florida Georgia Line. In 2017 McTeigue was nominated for a Grammy award for "Wreck You", a song co-written and released by Lori McKenna. Additionally, "Wreck You" was nominated for 2018 American Award for Americana song of the year. McTeigue also co-wrote Dallas Smith's top five Canadian Country song "Jumped Right In" which was certified gold in 2014. McTeigue began to produce records for other artists. FDR Drive
The Franklin D. Roosevelt East River Drive, commonly called the FDR Drive for short, is a limited-access parkway on the east side of the New York City borough of Manhattan. It starts near South and Broad Streets, just north of the Battery Park Underpass, and runs north along the East River to the 125th Street / Robert F. Kennedy Bridge / Willis Avenue Bridge interchange, where it becomes the Harlem River Drive. All of the FDR Drive is designated New York State Route 907L (NY 907L), an unsigned reference route. The FDR Drive features a mix of below-grade, at-grade, and elevated sections, as well as three partially covered tunnels. Full depth recycling or full depth reclamation (FDR) is a process that rebuilds worn out asphalt pavements by recycling the existing roadway. Processes Old asphalt and base materials are pulverized using a specialized machine called a reclaimer. On top of the pulverized material, water is added to reach the optimal moisture content for compaction and then a variety of materials, such as dry cement, lime, fly ash, or asphalt emulsion are incorporated for stabilization. A reclaimer is used again to mix all the materials. After shaping and grading, the new base is compacted to produce a strong, durable base for either an asphalt or concrete surface. FNET (Frequency monitoring Network; a.k.a. FNET/GridEye, GridEye) is a wide-area power system frequency measurement system. Using a type of phasor measurement unit (PMU) known as a frequency disturbance recorder (FDR), FNET/GridEye is able to measure the power system frequency, voltage, and angle very accurately. Gunshot residue (GSR), also known as cartridge discharge residue (CDR), gunfire residue (GFR), or firearm discharge residue (FDR), consists of all of the particles that are expelled from the muzzle of a gun following the discharge of a bullet. It is principally composed of burnt and unburnt particles from the explosive primer, the propellant (gunpowder), and vaporized lead. The act of firing a bullet incites a very violent explosive reaction that is contained within the barrel of the gun, which can cause the bullet, the barrel or the cartridge to become chipped. Meaning gunshot residue may also included metal fragments from the cartridge casing, the bullets jacket, as well as any other dirt or residue contained within the barrel that could have become dislodged.
