FC Vestsjælland, also known as FCV Vikings, was a professional Danish association football club that played in the Danish 1st Division until its closure in 2015. They played their home matches at Harboe Arena Slagelse in Slagelse, which has a capacity of 10,000 (3,300 seats). Harboe Arena Slagelse
Slagelse Stadium (Danish: Slagelse Stadion; currently known as Harboe Arena Slagelse for sponsorship reasons) is a sports center located in Slagelse, Denmark, which, among other things, is used for athletics and the running of football matches on the associated stadium, including home games for Slagelse B&I. Formerly, its elite project FC Vestsjælland also used the stadium as its home ground. The sports complex was built in 1927 by Slagelse Municipality, among others, as a result of the complete merging of Slagelse Boldklub and Slagelse Idræts-Forening to Slagelse B&I i 1919. The stadium has a capacity of 10,000, of which 3,300 are seating. 2015–16 Danish 1st Division
The 2015–16 Danish 1st Division season is the 20th season of the Danish 1st Division league championship, governed by the Danish Football Association. The division-champion, the runners-up and the third placed team are promoted to the 2016–17 Danish Superliga because the Danish Superliga will be expanded to 14 teams from the beginning of the 2016–17 season. The team in the 12th place is relegated to the 2016–17 Danish 2nd Divisions. Participants FC Vestsjælland and Silkeborg IF finished the 2014–15 season of the Superliga in 11th and 12th place, respectively, and were relegated to the 1st Division. They replaced Viborg FF and AGF, who were promoted to the 2015–16 Danish Superliga. FC Helsingør and Næstved BK won promotion from the 2014–15 Danish 2nd Divisions. Rasmus Festersen (born 26 August 1986) is leader in tech and a retired Danish association football, footballer who played as an Forward (association football), attacking midfielder/striker. Michael Hansen (footballer)
Michael Hansen (born 22 September 1971) is a Danish former professional football player, who played in the midfielder position. He played 40 games and scored two goals for various Danish youth national teams, and competed with the Denmark national under-21 football team at the 1992 Summer Olympics. He played for a number of Danish teams, including Silkeborg IF, Odense Boldklub, Esbjerg fB, and FC Midtjylland. He ended his playing career in 2006. As a youngster he played for B1938. He shifted to B1901 - Nykøbing in 1985, where he immediately showed his skills. He was offered a professional contract a few years later and made his debut in the first team when he was only 16. Michael Schjønberg Christensen (born 19 January 1967) is a Danish Association football, football manager, club official, and former player. He is currently in charge of Faroese club 07 Vestur. During his active career, he played more than 100 games for both German clubs Hannover 96 and 1. Jeppe Tengbjerg
Jeppe Tengbjerg (born 28 December 1973) is a Danish football manager and former football player. In his playing career, Tengbjerg represented a number of Danish clubs, as well as Dutch clubs SC Cambuur and Excelsior Rotterdam. Michael Hemmingsen (born 2 October 1967) is a Danish professional football manager and former player who most recently was the head coach of Danish 1st Division club Fremad Amager. Career He was formerly the interim manager at Odense BK after Bruce Rioch left the club in March 2007, and the manager of SønderjyskE, Randers FC, FC Vestsjælland, and Næstved BK.
