FC Tatabánya
FC Tatabánya is a Hungarian football club based in Tatabánya. They play their home games at Stadion Gyula Grosics. History The ''Tatabányai Sport Klub'' was founded on February 6, 1910 by Ferenc Frei, a mining engineer. At this time several Hungarian towns outside of Budapest had formed football clubs – Debrecen, Miskolc, Győr. The First World War weakened the team, but in the 1920s the team was still without a doubt the most popular in Tatabánya. Professionalism was introduced into the Hungarian League, but the team couldn't afford this, and stuck with amateur players. After the end of the Second World War in 1947 the team reached the first division. On 28 March 2017, Tatabánya were disqualified from the 2016–17 Nemzeti Bajnokság III season. Tatabánya (; german: Totiserkolonie; sk, Banská Stará) is a City with county rights, city with county rights of 64,305 inhabitants in northwestern Hungary, in the Central Transdanubian region. It is the capital of Komárom-Esztergom County. Location The city is located in the valley between the Gerecse Mountains, Gerecse and Vértes Mountains, some from the Budapest, capital. By virtue of its location, the city is a railway and road junction. The 1962–63 Intertoto Cup was won by Slovnaft Bratislava after defeating Calcio Padova in the final. A total of 32 clubs contested the tournament, including the first clubs from France, Italy, Hungary and Yugoslavia to participate in the Intertoto Cup. First Vienna FC is an Austrian association football club based in the Döbling district of Vienna. Established on 22 August 1894, it is the country's oldest team and has played a notable role in the history of the game there. AC Bellinzona is a Swiss football club based in Bellinzona. It was founded in 1904, and won the Swiss Super League in 1948.
