FC Kazakhmys
FC Kazakhmys ( kk, Qazaqmys Fýtbol Klýby) is a defunct Kazakhstani football club. They were based in Satpayev, Karagandy Province. They won the First Division 2007, but were not able to start in the Premier League 2008 due to financial difficulties. In the 2008 season, the club became champion again and promoted to the Kazakhstan Premier League. In May 2011, due to lack of funds, it was announced the discontinuity of the club. In 2015, Gadaleta Investment LLP (a company registered in Bermuda) expressed its interest in taking over the relevant licence and franchise through the Molfetta Eurasia Sport Trust.Kazakhmys leaves the league

Kazakhmys Stadium
Kazakhmys Group is a vertically integrated holding company whose key assets are concentrated in the mining industry and non-ferrous metallurgy. It was established and registered in the form of a joint-stock company in August 1997. On 14 January 2005, the company was re-registered from a joint-stock company into a limited liability partnership. The Group operates in the mining industry, the main activity of the group is the extraction and processing of copper ore into cathode copper and copper wire rod, refining and sale of precious metals and other associated products obtained as a result of copper mining and processing. In October 2014, Kazakhmys PLC was divided into the private Kazakhmys Corporation LLP and the public KAZ Minerals Plc, while Vladimir Kim still holds control in both companies. The 2010 Kazakhstan First Division was the 16th edition of Kazakhstan First Division, the second level football competition in Kazakhstan. 18 teams played against each other on a home-away system. Satpayev (city)
Satbayev ( kz, Сәтбаев, ساتباەۆ, translit=Sätbaev), until 1990 Nikolsk, is a city in Kazakhstan's Karaganda Region. The city is named after Kanysh Satbayev, one of the founders of Soviet metallogeny, principal advocate and the first president of Kazakhstan Academy of Sciences. Karagandy Province
Karaganda Region ( kk, Qarağandy oblysy; russian: Карагандинская область, translit=Karagandinskaja oblast′), also spelled Qaraghandy Region, is a region of Kazakhstan. Its capital is Karaganda. On 17 March 2022 it was announced that Karaganda would be divided, with the formation of the Ulytau Region. This officially came into force on 8 June 2022. The 2007 Kazakhstan First Division was the 13th edition of Kazakhstan First Division, the second level football competition in Kazakhstan. The division is split into two geographic conferences: North-East and South-West Conferences. Two winners of each conference advance to Final Four tournament, two winners of which then would gain promotion to the Premier League 2008.
