FC Djursland
FC Djursland is an association football club based in the town of Grenaa, Denmark, that competes in the Denmark Series, the fifth tier of the Danish football league system. The club is a merger established in Djursland in 2009, originally between five parent clubs. Today, three clubs remain in the merger: Grenaa IF, AC Norddjurs and Østdjurs 91. FC Djursland is affiliated to DBU Jutland, and plays its home matches at Grenaa Idrætscenter where it has been based since 2009. History Foundation FC Djursland was presented on 5 November 2009 as a cooperative superstructure between Grenaa IF, Østdjurs 91, AC Norddjurs, Åstrup/Hammelev IF and Kolind Pederstrup. Grenaa Idrætscenter
Grenaa (or Grenå) is a Denmark, Danish town and seaport on the east coast of the Jutlandic peninsula. Tourism, education and commerce are important sectors in the economy of Grenaa. It is the only larger town on Djursland. Grenaa is the municipal seat, and the largest town, in Norddjurs Municipality, which covers the northern half of Djursland. Series 1 ( da, Serie 1) is the seventh level in the league system of Danish football. The division is organized by the regional branches of the Danish Football Association (DBU). The division has changed its name on numerous occasions. It has previously been known as B-rækken (up until 1921–22) and Mellemrækken (1947–1984), before settling with the current name of ''Serie 1'' in 1985. The competition The season starts in the spring and ends in the fall, and there is promotion and relegation after each half season. 2010–11 Danish 2nd Divisions
The 2010–11 Danish 2nd Divisions, beginning on 7 August 2010 and ending on 11 June 2011, will be the divided in two groups of sixteen teams. The two group winners will face each other for a single promotion spot in a two-legged play-off, rather than the normal three promotion spots, as decided in March 2010. This is done to reduce the First Division from 16 to 14 and eventually 12 teams. The bottom team from each group will be relegated, along with the loser of a two-legged play-off tie between the two clubs taking the penultimate spot at the end of the season. Emmanuel Ake Richard Muttendango (born 11 June 1980 in Mombasa) is a Kenyan former footballer of Seychellois ancestry. Ake played as a forward. He has spent the past ten seasons playing for different clubs in Denmark. False name and birth date Emannuel Ake entered Europe with a temporarily visa because of the fact he had to play a testmatch in the Netherlands. When this turned out wrong for him, he left the Netherlands all of a sudden to go to his father in Denmark without a regular Visa. When Ake first came to Denmark in 2000, he identified himself as "Ali Rajab Akida", or just "Ali Akida", born 20 December 1982. It was later discovered that the information was incorrect and that his real name was Emmanuel Ake Richard Muttendango, born 11 June 1980. The Danish Cup ( da, Landspokalturneringen; often referred to as Pokalen) is the official "knockout" cup competition in Danish football, run by the Danish Football Association. The cup has been contested annually since 1955. The winner will qualify for the UEFA Europa League tournament the following year, where they (as of the 2009–10 season) will enter in the third qualifying round.
