FC Chernomorets 1919 ( bg, ФК Черноморец 1919) is a Bulgarian football club (association football), football club from the city of Burgas, which currently competes in Bulgaria's 2nd football league, the Second Professional Football League (Bulgaria), Second League. Chernomorets plays its home matches at the local Stadion Lazur. The club was founded in 2015, following the financial struggles of the former Burgas-based team, PSFC Chernomorets Burgas. Although the new club in considered a separate entity from the previous team, fans and the Bulgarian Football Union consider it to be a legitimate successor to the original FC Chernomorets Burgas, Chernomorets Burgas. efbet Arena ( bg, „Ефбет Арена“, en, 'efbet Arena' ) is a multi-purpose stadium in Burgas, Bulgaria. It is currently used for football (soccer), football matches and is the home ground of PFC Neftochimic Burgas, Neftochimic 1962 Burgas. The stadium holds 18,037 people and carries a 3-star rating by UEFA. It was opened in 1967 and was renovated between 1990 and 1997. Officially opened after renovation at 13 April 1997 with the match PFC Naftex Burgas, Neftochimik - Levski Sofia 4:1. Until 2002 the stadium was named "Neftochimic" and later "Naftex". Zhivko Petkov
Zhivko Stoyanov Petkov ( bg, Живко Стоянов Петков; born 15 February 1993) is a Bulgarian footballer who plays as a forward for Chernomorets 1919. Career On 27 June 2012, Petkov joined Neftochimic Burgas. At Neftochimic, he became a member of the first team and his goals helped the "Sheiks" gain promotion to the A PFG during 2012–13 season. He made 23 appearances, finishing as the club's top scorer with 14 goals. Petkov made his A PFG debut on 21 July 2013, when he came on as a half-time substitute in a 4–1 away loss against Litex Lovech. Petkov joined Cherno More in the summer of 2014. He scored his first goal for the team from Varna on 13 September 2014, netting a late equalizer in a league match against CSKA Sofia. On 6 July 2017, Petkov signed with Pomorie.
