FC Amkar
FC Amkar Perm (russian: link=no, Футбо́льный клуб "Амка́р" Пермь ) is a professional football club. Originally founded in 1994, it is based in the city of Perm. It was a participant in second-tier football from 1995 and in the Russian Premier League from 2004 to 2018, after which it was dissolved. Amkar's home stadium was the Zvezda Stadium. In August 2020, it was re-established by the Government of the Perm Krai as an amateur club, and became professional the following year. History 1994–1999. The club's "birthday" is 8 May 1993, although it was only registered officially on 6 December 1994. The Russian Premier League (RPL; russian: Российская премьер-лига; РПЛ), also written as Russian Premier Liga, is the top division professional association football league in Russia. It was established at the end of 2001 as the Russian Football Premier League (RFPL; russian: Российская футбольная премьер-лига; РФПЛ) and was rebranded with its current name in 2018. FC Baltika is an association football club based in Kaliningrad, Russia. Currently the club plays in the Russian First League, the second tier of the Russian football pyramid. History The club was founded on 22 December 1954 as ''Pishchevik Kaliningrad''. In 1958 the club was renamed ''Baltika''. The team entered the Soviet League in 1957 and played in Class B (1957–1965), Class A, Group 2 (1966–1970), and Second League (1971–1991). The best result was achieved in 1984, when Baltika won the regional group tournament. FC Dynamo Moscow (''FC Dynamo Moskva'', russian: Дина́мо Москва́ ) is a Russian football club based in Moscow. Dynamo returned to the Russian Premier League for the 2017–18 season after one season in the second-tier Russian Football National League. FC Khimki (russian: ФК Химки) is a Russian professional football club based in Khimki. The club returned to the Russian Premier League in the 2020–21 season. History The team was formed in 1996 by merging two amateur clubs from Khimki, Rodina, and Novator. Khimki entered the amateur league and played their first official match on 17 May 1997. Of more than 150 amateur teams in the competition, only the champions would be promoted to the Third League. Erik Lincar
Erik Augustin Lincar (born 16 October 1978 in Oradea) is a Romanian football manager and former player. He was born in Oradea and debuted in Divizia A with Steaua București in 1997, having joined Steaua from the Girondins de Bordeaux youth team. Steaua won the league title during his first season with the club, took the cup title in 1999 and the league title again in 2001. In 2002, he headed overseas to spend two unsuccessful seasons in Greece at Panathinaikos and Akratitos. After playing for a while in Russia for FC Amkar Perm, Lincar returns to Romania. Zahari Sirakov ( bg, Захари Сираков; born 8 October 1977, in Smolyan) is a former Bulgarian footballer who currently coaches the U-19 team of PFC Ludogorets Razgrad III. Career Sirakov started his career with Levski Kyustendil, but made a name for himself in Bulgaria while playing for Levski Sofia. On 24 September 1999, he scored a last-minute goal against Litex Lovech in an A Group match to bring the score to 1–1 in the heated derby encounter, prompting a brief pitch invasion by joyous Levski supporters. Sirakov was also notable for his sportsmanship, on one occasion shaking the hand of referee Atanas Uzunov after receiving a red card in a match against CSKA Sofia.
