Kyrgyzstan,, pronounced or the Kyrgyz Republic, is a landlocked country in Central Asia. Kyrgyzstan League
Kyrgyz Premier League ('' ky, Кыргыз Премьер Лигасы, Keurgeuz Premier Ligaseu'') is the division of professional football in Kyrgyzstan. It was created in 1992 after the Dissolution of the Soviet Union. The league is composed of eight teams. The most successful team is Dordoi Bishkek who have won the league thirteen times. The winner of the league earns a spot in the AFC Cup preliminary qualifying round, Asia's second highest club continental competition. The team with the worst record at the end of each season is demoted to the Kyrgyzstan League Second Level. Starting from the 2019 season, the league was rebranded as the Kyrgyz Premier League. Kyrgyzstan League Second Level
The National League ('' ky, Улуттук Лига, translit=uluttuk liga,'' ) is the second highest division of Football in Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyzstan football, below the Kyrgyz Premier League. Since 2023 season the league is composed of 16 teams which are divided into two groups - A and B with 8 teams in each group. Group winners as well as the runners-up enter a play-off tournament to determine the champion, 2nd place and a 3rd place team.
