Extreme Days
''Extreme Days'' is a 2001 comedy-romance film about four boys on a roadtrip that they have been planning their whole lives. Their dreams are to participate in many extreme sports, but they are stopped short due to many circumstances. Plot Four childhood friends, Will, Brian, Corey, and Matt, have had a dream since they were kids to surf, skate, and snowboard across California. After graduating from junior college, they decide to make the trip, but have to save money first. Through their jobs life-guarding children's swimming pools and working at Turkish restaurants they manage to save $847.53, enough to cross California in their Joyota; a Jeep refitted with a Toyota engine. They decide to go to Mexico where they surf at Larosarita. Jamie Rowe (born April 7, 1970 as Earl Wilson Rowe, Jr.) is a musician best known as the lead vocalist of the Christian hard rock band, Guardian. He has also been vocalist for New York-based AdrianGale, power pop band, London Calling (which briefly became The Ruled) and most recently collaborating with Jamey Perrenot in The Lost Days of Summer. He has also released several solo works including the single "I Do" written for his wife, Amber Rowe, for their wedding. In 2019, a solo album, ''This Is Home'', was recorded. Bleach is an American Christian rock band based in Nashville, Tennessee. History Bleach was formed at Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, Kentucky, in 1995, originally under the name Muffin. In 1997, the band earned a Dove Award in the category of Modern Rock Recorded Song of the Year for its song "Epidermis Girl", from its first album ''Space''. Rod Laver (stylized .rod laver) was a Christian rap rock group that originated from Los Angeles. As the personnel lineup changed, the group wavered from a rock-grounded sound to hip hop, and then back again. Their name has no spiritual meaning, but was derived from an incident in which the bass player was wearing Rod Laver-branded shoes from Adidas. Background The band released their debut, ''The Essence of the Game'', in 1999 on Screaming Giant Records. The album was recorded within three weeks of the band's signing, leaving them with the feeling that it had been rushed and under-funded. One reviewer called their sound "hardcore rap", stating that it defied easy classification, and another that the album "singlehandedly made the label live up to its name." PAX217 is an American Christian rock band from Orange County, California. The band's music gained popularity in the Christian rock scene in the early 2000s. PAX217's lineup consists of David Tosti on vocals, Jesse Craig on guitar, Josh Auer on bass, Joey Marchiano on drums, Chris "Tito" Duran on keyboards, and Bobby "Bobbito the Chef" Duran on turntables. East West was an American Christian rock band from Irvine, California, United States, who later re-located to Corona. The band takes its name from the Bible verse Psalms 103:12.
