''Spring of a Twenty Year Old'' () is a single album by South Korean singer-songwriter IU (singer), IU. It was released as a CD single. The single has a A-side and B-side, double A-side hit singles, "Peach" () and "Every End of the Day" () which was also released Music download, digitally, consists of three tracks in total, one of which was composed by IU. It is the singer's first Korean-language release since the full-length album, ''Last Fantasy'', that was released six months prior.. IU (singer)
Lee Ji-eun (; born May 16, 1993), also known by her stage name IU (), is a South Korean singer-songwriter, record producer and actress. She signed with LOEN Entertainment (now Kakao Entertainment) in 2007 as a trainee and debuted as a singer at the age of fifteen with her first extended play (EP) ''Lost and Found'' (2008). A ballad is a form of verse, often a narrative set to music. Ballads derive from the medieval French ''chanson balladée'' or ''ballade'', which were originally "dance songs". The K-pop Hot 100 is a music singles chart launched in South Korea by ''Billboard'' in conjunction with ''Billboard'' Korea on August 25, 2011. The chart was based on digital sales via leading websites, as well as downloads from mobile service sites using an industry-standard formula and the most credible music data sources within South Korea. The chart was first discontinued in 2014, as of the July 16 issue, and reestablished three years later in December 2017—the first new issue published was for the period dated May 29–June 4, 2017.
