Evan Richards (author)
Evan Sloane Richards (23 January 1862 – 19 April 1931) was a Wales, Welsh international rugby union forward who played club rugby for Swansea RFC, Swansea, captaining the club through three seasons during the 1880s. Richards' father was Member of Parliament for Ceredigion (UK Parliament constituency), Ceredigion, Evan Matthew Richards. Before being selected to represent the Wales national rugby union team, Welsh team, he was made captain of Swansea in the 1883/84 season. Swansea
Swansea (; cy, Abertawe ) is a coastal city and the second-largest city of Wales. It forms a principal area, officially known as the City and County of Swansea ( cy, links=no, Dinas a Sir Abertawe).
