The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) is a judicial body, composed of experts from all the 47 member States of the Council of Europe and prepares tools to improve the efficiency and functioning of justice in Europe (including granting observer status to and consultations with non-governmental organisations outside of Europe). Air Chief Marshal Sir William John Stacey, (1 December 1924 – 1 January 1981) was a senior commander in the Royal Air Force in the 1970s and until his sudden death from cancer in 1981.
