Estonian National Road 11
Tallinna ringtee (translates from Estonian as ''Tallinn ring road'', alternatively Põhimaantee nr 11, unofficially abbreviated T11) is a semi-orbital highway around the city of Tallinn, running from Väo to Keila. The road is part of the European route E265. The road serves a connection between Tallinn's metropolitan area and the numerous national routes that intersect it. In 2021, the highest traffic volumes were between Jüri and Kurna, with an AADT of 23,500. The rest of the route had an AADT of at least 10,000. The road is mainly a 2+2 dual carriageway ( I class), being steadily upgraded since 2012 to meet rising traffic and safety demands. The road is yet to be widened between Valingu and Keila. Tallinn () is the most populous and capital city of Estonia. The Tallinn–Narva railway is located in Northern Estonia, Estonia and is the oldest railway (built in 1870) in Estonia with a total length of 211 km. Rāhu (Sanskrit: राहु, 16px, ☊) is one of the nine major celestial bodies (navagraha) in Hindu texts and the king of meteors. It represents the ascension of the moon in its precessional orbit around the earth, also referred as the north lunar node, and along with Ketu, is a "shadow planet" that causes eclipses. Despite having no physical existence, Rahu has been allocated the status of the planet by ancient seers owing to its strong influence in astrology. Rahu is usually paired with Ketu, another shadow planet. The time of day considered to be under the influence of Rahu is called '' Rāhu kāla'' and is considered inauspicious. Lasnamäe
Lasnamäe is the most populous administrative district of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. The district's population is about 119,000, the majority of which is Russian-speaking. Local housing is mostly represented by 5–16 stories high panel blocks of flats, built in the 1970–1990s. The district lies in the eastern part of Tallinn. In the east it is bordered by the Pirita River; in the north and northwest a limestone escarpment (part of the Baltic Klint) separates Lasnamäe from Pirita and Kesklinn. A dual carriageway ( BE) or divided highway ( AE) is a class of highway with carriageways for traffic travelling in opposite directions separated by a central reservation (BrE) or median (AmE). Roads with two or more carriageways which are designed to higher standards with controlled access are generally classed as motorways, freeways, etc., rather than dual carriageways. A road without a central reservation is a single carriageway regardless of the number of lanes.
