Esperanza Silva
María Esperanza Silva Soura (Santiago, July 12, 1960) is a Chilean actress, theater director and union leader, with a career in theater, film and television. She is the daughter of the prominent Chilean announcer and actor Sergio Silva Acuña. She studied theater at the University of Chile between 1986 and 1991. That same year she completed a postgraduate degree in theater directing from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. His career in theater began in the 1980s, in works such as ''Esperando la carroza'', ''La colombiana'', the theatrical version of ''Pantaleón y las visitadoras'', and then in the leading role in ''Ocúpate de Amelia'' (1990), by George Feydeau, ''El derrumbe'' (2002), by Arthur Miller, both directed by Ramón Núñez. Red Televisiva Megavisión (MEGA) is a Chilean private television network headquartered in Santiago. It currently airs on digital frequency channel 27 (ISDB-Tb) for HDTV. In 2012, ownership of Mega channel was transferred from Claro Group to Bethia Group. In June 2016, Discovery Inc. acquired 27.5% of Mega channel for close to $40 million. ''Charly'' (marketed and stylized as ''CHAЯLY'') is a 1968 American drama film directed and produced by Ralph Nelson and written by Stirling Silliphant. It is based on '' Flowers for Algernon'', a science-fiction short story (1958) and subsequent novel (1966) by Daniel Keyes. The film stars Cliff Robertson as Charly Gordon, an intellectually disabled adult who is selected by two doctors to undergo a surgical procedure that triples his IQ as it had done for a laboratory mouse who underwent the same procedure. "Amándote" (English: "Loving You") is a song by Mexican singer Thalía, from her fourth studio album '' En éxtasis'' (1995). It was released as the second single from the album in November 1995.
