Eskilsminne IF is a Swedish football club located in Helsingborg in Skåne County. Currently playing in Division 1 Södra, the third tier in the Swedish football league system. Eskilsminnes team colours today are yellow and blue striped, which is an "inheritance" from Stattena who played in the best tier Allsvenskan, with derbies against Helsingborgs IF. Helsingborgs IF (full name Helsingborgs Idrottsförening), commonly referred to as HIF (), is a Swedish professional football club located in Helsingborg. They play in the Swedish first tier, Allsvenskan, following promotion in the 2021 Superettan season via play-offs. Formed in 1907, the club has won five national championship titles and five national cup titles. Helsingborgs IF have also won Allsvenskan on two occasions when the title of Swedish champions was not decided by the outcome of that league. Helsingborg was a founder member of Allsvenskan, and between 1924 and 1968 they spent all but two seasons in the top division, and won the league five times. Ettan Fotboll, or simply Ettan ( en, the one), which also is its common name in everyday speech, is the third level in the Swedish football league system and consists of 32 Swedish football teams. Swedish Division 2
Division 2 is the fourth level in the league system of Swedish football and comprises 84 Swedish football teams. Division 2 had status as the official second level from 1928 to 1986 but was replaced by Division 1 in 1987. It then had status as the official third level until 2005 but was replaced once again by the recreated Division 1 in 2006. Stattena IF
Stattena IF is a Swedish football club located in Helsingborg. The club played two seasons in the Allsvenskan in 1927–28 and 1929–30. Background The original club Stattena was one of the two clubs which in 1907 formed Helsingborgs IF. The present club was re-formed on 24 March 1922 and the ladies section was added in 1971. The club was founded as a local neighborhood team from the Stattena district in Helsingborg. Originally a village, which was located outside the city (Old Danish place name; Statene, meaning "stand alone", i.e. solitary villages or houses), which probably contributed to the historical, local patriotic rivalry with HIF.
