Eric Remedi
Eric Daian Remedi (born 4 June 1995) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Argentine Primera División club Club Atlético Banfield. Career Banfield Remedi's senior career started in 2015 with Argentine Primera División side Banfield, a club who signed him at the age of fifteen after the player had youth spells with Palermo de Paraná and Belgrano de Paraná. His first appearance for the club came on 6 June during a goalless draw against Sarmiento under the guidance of manager Matías Almeyda. On 24 August 2016, Remedi made his Copa Sudamericana debut against San Lorenzo. The CONCACAF Champions League, known officially as the Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League for sponsorship reasons, is an annual continental club football competition organized by CONCACAF. The tournament is contested by clubs from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. The MLS Cup Playoffs is the annual postseason elimination tournament of Major League Soccer. The final match of the tournament is the MLS Cup, the league's championship game. The CONMEBOL Libertadores, also known as the Copa Libertadores de América ( pt, Copa Libertadores da América), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 1960. It is the highest level of competition in South American club football. The 2016–17 Argentine Primera División – Torneo de la Independencia was the 127th season of top-flight professional football in Argentina. The tournament was named in commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the Independence of Argentina. The season began on August 26, 2016 and ended on June 27, 2017. The 2016 Argentine Primera División - Copa Axion Energy was the 126th season of top-flight professional football in Argentina. The season began on February 5 and ended on May 29. Thirty teams competed in the league, twenty eight returning from the 2015 and two promoted from the 2015 Primera B Nacional (Atlético Tucumán and Patronato). Two teams ( Nueva Chicago and Crucero del Norte) were relegated to the Primera B Nacional Championship in the previous tournament.
