San Jose Earthquakes
The San Jose Earthquakes are an American professional soccer team based in San Jose, California. The Earthquakes compete as a member club of the Western Conference of Major League Soccer (MLS). Originally as the San Jose Clash, the franchise began play in 1996 as one of the charter members of the league. The Earthquakes took part in the first game in MLS history, defeating D.C. United 1–0. The Earthquakes have won two MLS Cup titles (2001, 2003) and two Supporters' Shields (2005, 2012). In 2002, the team played in its first CONCACAF Champions Cup (now called the CONCACAF Champions League), making it to the quarterfinals. Eric Daian Remedi (born 4 June 1995) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Argentine Primera División club Club Atlético Banfield. Career Banfield Remedi's senior career started in 2015 with Argentine Primera División side Banfield, a club who signed him at the age of fifteen after the player had youth spells with Palermo de Paraná and Belgrano de Paraná. Jeremy Edward Nirina Ebobisse Ebolo (born February 14, 1997) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a striker for Major League Soccer club San Jose Earthquakes. Youth and amateur Born in Paris, France, Jeremy Ebobisse moved with his family to Bethesda, Maryland at the age of two. 2021 MLS SuperDraft
The 2021 MLS SuperDraft was the 22nd edition of the SuperDraft conducted by Major League Soccer. The SuperDraft is held every January prior to the start of the MLS season. The 2020 SuperDraft was the first held exclusively via conference call and web streaming. The Draft was once again held virtually, and began on January 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and consisted of three rounds (shortened from four rounds in prior years). Thomas "Tommy" Williamson (born May 5, 1999) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a forward for Loudoun United in the USL Championship.
