Eric Mival
Eric Mival (born 18 July 1939, in Rhyl, Denbighshire, northeast Wales) is a film editor, director, and music editor. Mival started his career in films and television working in editing roles on several TV programmes and feature films before becoming a BBC film editor. He is now a film and television writer/director/producer, who has worked on a wide range of both drama and documentary, broadcast and non-broadcast TV programmes. Early work He was the music editor on 13 episodes of the TV series ''The Prisoner'' recorded in 1966/67, having been an assistant film editor on the first four episodes. Rhyl
Rhyl (; cy, Y Rhyl, ) is a seaside town and community (Wales), community in Denbighshire, Wales. The town lies within the Historic counties of Wales, historic boundaries of Flintshire (historic), Flintshire, on the north-east coast of Wales at the mouth of the River Clwyd (Welsh language, Welsh: ''Afon Clwyd''). To the west is Kinmel Bay and Towyn, to the east Prestatyn, and to the southeast Rhuddlan and St Asaph. At the United Kingdom Census 2011, 2011 Census, Rhyl had a population of 25,149, with Rhyl–Kinmel Bay having 31,229. Denbighshire
Denbighshire ( ; cy, Sir Ddinbych; ) is a county in the north-east of Wales. Its borders differ from the historic county of the same name. The Prisoner
''The Prisoner'' is a 1967 British television series about an unnamed British intelligence agent who is abducted and imprisoned in a mysterious coastal village, where his captors designate him as Number Six and try to find out why he abruptly resigned from his job. Patrick McGoohan played the lead role as Number Six. The series was created by McGoohan with possible contributions from George Markstein. ''Top of the Pops'' (''TOTP'') is a British Record chart, music chart television programme, made by the BBC and originally broadcast weekly between 1January 1964 and 30 July 2006. The programme was the world's longest-running weekly music show. For most of its history, it was broadcast on Thursday evenings on BBC One. Each show consisted of performances of some of the week's best-selling popular music records, usually excluding any tracks moving down the chart, including a rundown of that week's singles chart.
