Eric Hinderaker
Eric A. Hinderaker (born 1959) is an American historian specializing in early America. Education and career Hinderaker graduated from Watertown High School (South Dakota) in 1977. He received his B.A. from Augustana College (now Augustana University), an M.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder, and his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1991. Watertown High School (South Dakota)
Watertown High School (WHS) is a public high school in Watertown, South Dakota. The school was the first in the state and the second in the United States in which every student and teacher was issued a laptop computer. Academics Watertown High School has a dual-enrollment program with the neighboring Lake Area Technical Institute campus, allowing students to take college level course during all four years of enrollment. WHS also allows students to take courses directly through South Dakota State University. WHS has nearly a quarter of its students enrolled in Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Augustana University
Augustana University is a private Lutheran university in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The university identifies 1860 as the year of its founding, the same as its Rock Island, Illinois Swedish-heritage sister school, Augustana College.
