Eran Ortal
Eran Ortal ( he, ערן אורטל;born 22 October 1971) is an Israeli brigadier-general and military theorist, and is current commander of The Dado Center for Interdisciplinary Military Studies. Ortal is also the founder and editor of the Israel Defense Force Dado Center journal named "Bein Ha-ktavim" (, "In between the Poles"). Biography Ortal was born in Bat Yam, Israel. He was drafted into the IDF Nahal Brigade in 1989, and served in southern Lebanon and the west Bank in the Combat Intelligence Collection Corps. In 1993, he completed his active service and studied history and political science, He then did a master's degree in security studies at TAU. In 1999, Ortal returned to the IDF as an operations researcher in the Planning Branch/J5 of the IDF General Staff. Bat Yam
Bat Yam ( he, בַּת יָם or ) is a city located on Israel's Mediterranean Sea coast, on the Central Coastal Plain just south of Tel Aviv. It is part of the Gush Dan metropolitan area and the Tel Aviv District. In 2020, it had a population of 160,000. Israel Defense Force

Aharon Haliva
Aharon Haliva ( he, אהרון חליוה; born 1967) is an Israeli Major general (Aluf) who commands the IDF's Military Intelligence Directorate (Israel). Military service Haliva was drafted into the IDF in 1985. He volunteered as a paratrooper in the Paratroopers Brigade, and in 1985 became an infantry officer after completing Officer Candidate School. Haliva fought as a platoon leader at the 202 paratroop battalion in Operation Law and Order in Lebanon. Later on he led 202 paratroop battalion in South Lebanon and during the Second Intifada. Tamir Yadai is an Israeli major general ( aluf) who commands the Ground Forces Command. Biography Yadai joined the IDF in 1988, and was deployed in the 51st Battalion of the Golani Brigade. He graduated the officer training course as a combat officer and infantry commander. Afterwards he returned to the 51st Battalion and was assigned as a platoon commander. Subsequently, he was assigned to be a company commander in the 51st Battalion. He was then appointed Lieutenant Commander of the 12th Battalion. He later served as an officer of the Golani Brigade. Combat Intelligence Collection Corps
The Israeli Combat Intelligence Collection Corps (previously known as ''Field Intelligence Corps'') is the newest of the IDF GOC Army Headquarters' five corps, created in April 2000 and tasked with collecting combat intelligence. It is responsible for intelligence units from the battalion level and up to the entire force.
