The fourth season of the American drama/adventure television series ''Highlander'' began airing 25 September 1995 and finished on 26 May 1996. The series continues to follow the adventures of Duncan MacLeod, a 400-year-old Immortal who can only die if he is beheaded. Broadcast syndication is the practice of leasing the right to broadcasting television shows and radio programs to multiple television stations and radio stations, without going through a broadcast network. It is common in the United States where broadcast programming is scheduled by television networks with local independent affiliates. Syndication is less widespread in the rest of the world, as most countries have centralized networks or television stations without local affiliates. Philip Akin
Philip Akin (born April 18, 1950) is a Canadian actor. Akin has had roles in major American films such as '' The Sum of All Fears'', ''S.W.A.T.'', and '' Get Rich or Die Tryin'''. He has also done much voice work, including voicing the character of Bishop for the ''X-Men'' animated series and Tripp Hansen in ''Monster Force''. Benjamin Boyer
Benjamin Markley Boyer (January 22, 1823 – August 16, 1887) was a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania. Benjamin M. Boyer was born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia in 1841. He studied law, was admitted to the bar in 1844 and practiced. He was deputy attorney general of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, from 1848 to 1850. In 1864 he was elected a Representative from Pennsylvania to the Thirty-Ninth Congress as a Democrat, and was re-elected to the Fortieth Congress. He was not a candidate for renomination in 1868.
