Eoghan Stokes (born 17 May 1996) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Christchurch United in New Zealand. He has previously played for Leeds United, Bohemians, Derry City, Cork City, Airdrieonians, Dumbarton and is also a former Republic of Ireland U19 international. He can also play as a forward. Leixlip ( or ; , IPA: lʲeːmʲənˠˈwɾˠad̪ˠaːnʲ is a town in north-east County Kildare, Ireland. Its location on the confluence of the River Liffey and the Rye Water has marked it as a frontier town historically: on the border between the ancient kingdoms of Leinster and Brega, as an outpost of The Pale, and on Kildare's border with County Dublin.
