Environment Conservation Group
Environment Conservation Group (ECG) is a non-governmental organisation based in Coimbatore, India. The group is active since 2009 and works towards conservation of the environment and wildlife. ECG was formed by a group of wildlife and environmental enthusiasts headed by environmental activist Mr. Mohammed Saleem, Mr. Stephen Joseph is the Co-founder and Vice-President. The group is involved in monitoring the wetlands of Coimbatore against dumping of debris and encroachments. ECG is also involved in advocating sustainability, wildlife conservation and rescuing birds from the wildlife trade. ECG is involved in stopping the felling of trees and conducting awareness programmes. Electrocardiography is the process of producing an electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG), a recording of the heart's electrical activity. It is an electrogram of the heart which is a graph of voltage versus time of the electrical activity of the heart using electrodes placed on the skin. These electrodes detect the small electrical changes that are a consequence of cardiac muscle depolarization followed by repolarization during each cardiac cycle (heartbeat). Sudhir Shivaram (born 1972) is an Indian wildlife photographer. Biography Shivaram grew up in Karnataka and became interested in wildlife photography in 1993 whilst studying engineering in Malnad College of Engineering in Hassan, Karnataka. After graduation, he worked for Hewlett-Packard as an engineer and later at APC. Currently, he is a full-time wildlife photography teacher. Tribhuvan University (TU; ne, त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालय) is a public university located in Kirtipur, Kathmandu. Established in 1959, TU is the oldest university in Nepal.
