Enstad
Ola Enstad (10 November 1942 – 2 August 2013) was a Norwegian sculptor. Biography He was born in Lesjaskog in Oppland, Norway. Enstad first studied architecture at the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim. Enstad attended the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry ''Statens håndverks- og kunstindustriskole'') from 1967 to 1969 and the Norwegian National Academy of Fine Arts (''Statens kunstakademi'') under Per Palle Storm in 1969–1972. He debuted at the Autumn Exhibition (''Høstutstillingen'') in Oslo during 1970 and held a separate exhibition in the Artists' Association in 1973. He was awarded the Statens reisestipend in 1976 and Oslo bys stipend in 1977. Lilletorget (originally named Vaterlands Torv) is a square in Oslo, Norway. It was established as a square in 1867, and was named ''Lilletorvet'' from 1872. Knut Helle
Knut Helle (19 December 1930 – 27 June 2015) was a Norwegian historian. A professor at the University of Bergen from 1973 to 2000, he specialized in the late medieval history of Norway. He has contributed to several large works. Early life, education and marriage He was born in Larvik as the son of school inspector Hermann Olai Helle (1893–1973) and teacher Berta Marie Malm (1906–1991). He was the older brother of politician Ingvar Lars Helle. The family moved to Hetland when Knut Helle was seventeen years old. He took the examen artium in Stavanger in 1949, and a teacher's education in Kristiansand in 1952. He studied philology in Oslo and Bergen, and graduated with the cand.philol. degree in 1957. His paper ''Omkring Bǫglungasǫgur'', on the Bagler sagas, was printed in 1959. In December 1957 he married Karen Blauuw, who would later become a professor. Oslo
Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. Lesjaskog
Lesjaskog is a village in Lesja Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The village is located at the west end of the lake Lesjaskogsvatnet about west of the village of Lesjaverk and about east of the village of Bjorli. The European route E136 highway and the Raumabanen railway line both run through the village. Lesjaskog Church is located in the village. The lake Lesjaskogsvatnet has outlets at both ends. A dam that was constructed by the Lesja Iron Works at the nearby village of Lesjaverk in the 1660s in order to improve transportation caused the water which normally drained only to the Rauma River to also flow eastwards into the Gudbrandsdalslågen river to the east.
