Enos Hook
Enos Hook (December 3, 1804 – July 15, 1841) was an American politician and lawyer who served in the United States House of Representatives from 1839 until his resignation in 1841. He represented the Pennsylvania's 20th congressional district, 20th congressional district of Pennsylvania as a Democratic Party (United States), Democrat in the 26th United States Congress and the 27th United States Congress. Early life and education Hook was born in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania on December 3, 1804. He studied law. Career Hook was Admission to the bar in the United States, admitted to the bar in 1826; he commenced practice in Waynesburg. Hook served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1837 to 1838, representing Greene County, Pennsylvania, Greene County as a Democratic Party (United States), Democrat in the 62nd Pennsylvania General Assembly. Find a Grave is a website that allows the public to search and add to an online database of cemetery records. It is owned by Ancestry.com. Its stated mission is "to help people from all over the world work together to find, record and present final disposition information as a virtual cemetery experience."
