Energia Areena
Energia Areena is a multifunctional indoor arena in the Myyrmäki Sports Park, located in the Myyrmäki district of Vantaa, Finland. The arena gets its name from its largest sponsor, the energy company Vantaan Energia. Events The venue is able to be modified to accommodate corporate, cultural, and concert events, among others, but is best known for its athletic uses. Energia Areena is equipped to host floorball, badminton, volleyball, basketball, handball and futsal practices and games, in addition to gymnastics and cheerleading competitions. Energia Areena has served as home to the Finnish men's and women's national basketball teams since 2007. It is also home to the EräViikingit men's floorball team, which plays in the F-liiga. The venue also hosted the 2021 Sudirman Cup. Wikipedia is the only encyclopedia in Finnish which is still updated. The Finnish language project was started in late 2002, but it remained at a very primitive stage until well into 2003. The speed of development picked up somewhat after the MediaWiki software was upgraded to Phase III in late November 2003, and continued to increase steadily through 2004. In 2013 the reliability of the Finnish Wikipedia was investigated by the newspaper ''Helsingin Sanomat''. Myyrmäki ( sv, Myrbacka), literally meaning "Bog Hill", is a district and major region of the municipality of Vantaa, Finland. The district has an area of and a population of about 17,000, making it the most populous district in Vantaa. It is home to Myyrmanni, a large shopping complex. The Myyrmäki major region consists of 11 districts with a total population of 52,267 (as of 1.1.2014), making it the most populous major region in Vantaa. The 2021 Sudirman Cup (officially known as the TotalEnergies BWF Sudirman Cup Finals 2021 for sponsorship reasons) was the 17th edition of the Sudirman Cup, the biennial international badminton championship contested by the mixed national teams of the member associations of Badminton World Federation (BWF), since its inception in 1989. The tournament was played in Vantaa, Finland, between 26 September and 3 October 2021. China were the defending champions. They successfully defended their title, lifting the trophy for a record-extending 12th time.
