Emmanuel Foster
Emmanuel Foster (4 December 1921 – December 1965) was an English footballer who played in the Football League for Stoke City. Career Foster played for Mow Cop before joining Stoke during World War II. He made one appearance for Stoke in the Football League which came in a 3–2 defeat away at Bolton Wanderers in September 1946. Stafford () is a market town and the county town of Staffordshire, in the West Midlands region of England. It lies about north of Wolverhampton, south of Stoke-on-Trent and northwest of Birmingham. The Football League First Division was a division of the Football League in England from 1888 until 2004. It was the top division in the English football league system from the season 1888–89 until 1991–92, a century in which the First Division's winning club became English men's football champions.
