Elsa Lila (; born 4 July 1981) is an Albanian singer. Life and career Elsa Lila was born on 4 July 1981 in Tirana, Albania. Her father was a singer of the former Albanian state choir, while her mother was a violinist, so both of her parents raised her close to the music and the theatre, giving her a great love for the arts. Lila had shown her singing and acting talents ever since she was a child in Albanian state television shows, and won the Albanian national song contest two years in a row while she was in her teenage years. She's also known for originating the role of Satine in the Albanian-language version of the musical ''Moulin Rouge''. In 2014, Lila was a judge on the The Voice of Albania (series 4), fourth season of ''The Voice of Albania''. Tirana ( , ; aln, Tirona) is the capital and largest city of Albania. Festivali i Këngës (; ), also referred to as simply FiK, is an annual music competition in Albania organised by the national broadcaster Radio Televizioni Shqiptar (RTSH). Broadcast every year since its inauguration in 1962, it has also determined the country's representative for the Eurovision Song Contest since 2004. Various singing presentations have been used throughout its history, beginning with radio-only interpretations in the first few years, live performances, playback, remakes, and even duets featuring other singers. Kënga Magjike (; ) is an annual music competition organised by the Albanian television broadcaster Televizioni Klan. The music competition has been broadcasting annually since its inauguration in 1999 with the exception of 2020. The first edition of the contest was broadcast live by Radio Televizioni Shqiptar while all the editions from 2003 by Televizioni Klan.
