Ã…ge Ellingsen
Åge Ellingsen (born 5 November 1962 in Oslo, Norway) is a former Norwegian ice hockey defenceman. Playing career Ellingsen, nicknamed "the Moose", played nine seasons with Storhamar in Norway from 1983 to 1994. In 1987/88 he played for Björklöven in the Swedish Elite League (SEL), together with fellow Norwegian Erik Kristiansen. His native club was Forward of Oslo. He also played one season with Stjernen. His last club was Lillehammer. Ellingsen also drew some interest from the Edmonton Oilers of the NHL and was drafted in the 8th round (168th overall) in 1987 but did not manage to get a contract. He played 67 games for Norway's National team. Today Åge is trainer for NTG-Lillehammer. Lena Kristin Ellingsen (born 14 September 1980) is an actress from Saltdal, Norway. She graduated from the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre in 2004 and Bårdar Akademiet in 2001. She has worked in Riksteatret, Oslo Nye Teater, Det Norske Teatret and Teatret Vårt in Molde. She starred as Karoline (Brynjar's daughter) in ''Himmelblå'' (English: '' Blue Sky Blue''), a Norwegian drama series which has aired on NRK1 in Norway, on SVT in Sweden and RÚV in Iceland. In the fifteenth episode of ''Himmelblå'', Ellingsen sings the opening theme for the TV series as Karoline (her role in the series) in the town's pavilion alongside Halfdan Sivertsen, a famous singer. ''Elling'' is a Norwegian Black comedy film directed by Petter Næss. Tore Ellingsen (born 3 June 1962) is a Norwegian economist active in Sweden. Ellingsen graduated as ''siviløkonom'' from Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen in 1985, and received a Ph.D. from London School of Economics in 1991. Svein Ørnulf Ellingsen (13 July 1929 – 5 April 2020) was a Norwegian visual artist and hymnist. Biography Ellingsen was born in Kongsberg to Fritz Frølich Ellingsen and Karoline Enge. His books include the poetry collections ''Det skjulte nærvær'' and ''Noen må våke'', both from 1978, the children's book ''Regler, rim og revestreker'' from 1986, and the poetry collections ''Vårt øye ser mot Betlehem'' (1987) and ''Det finnes en dyrebar rose'' (1989). The hymnal ''Norsk salmebok 2013'' has included 58 of his hymns, including fifteen translations. Percy Ellingsen
Percy Ellingsen (18 July 1895 – 7 May 1947) was an Australian rules footballer who played for Richmond, Melbourne and Geelong in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Ellingsen was just 16 when he made his league debut in 1912, having been recruited from East Geelong. A rover, he kicked five goals for Richmond, all of them in a win over Melbourne University Football Club. He then spent the 1913 VFL season at Melbourne before crossing to Geelong, his final VFL club. His tally of 18 goals in 1917 included a bag of six against his old club Richmond, at Corio Oval. Also that season, Ellingsen set a club record which still stands to this day by kicking the only two goals that Geelong managed in their match against Collingwood. Øyvind Ellingsen (born 1975) is a Norwegian Professor of Cellular Cardiology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), a Consultant Physician at the Department of Cardiology, St. Olavs Hospital, Trondheim, Norway, and is currently Head of the Department of Circulation and Medical Imaging. He received his MD and PhD at the University of Oslo, Norway, and had a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University, Massachusetts, U.S.A. Jan Arild Ellingsen (born 9 October 1958 in Oslo) is a Norwegian politician for the Progress Party. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Nordland in 2001, and has been re-elected on one occasion. Ellingsen is currently the Progress Party's spokesperson on matters relating to justice and crime. Audun Ellingsen
Audun Ellingsen (born 4 January 1979) is a Norwegian jazz musician (Upright bass) known from collaborations within bands like "Sphinx" and with musicians like Frøy Aagre, Erlend Slettevoll and Gisle Torvik. Career Ellingsen was born in Ørsta and started studying classical piano as a child, but substituted the piano with an electric bass guitar at ten, in order to play in local rock bands. Jazz came to be the main musical focus when he went to the musical program at high school in 1998, and he picked up the double bass. Helge Ellingsen Waagaard
Helge Ellingsen Waagaard (27 January 1781 – 25 March 1817) was a Norwegian farmer and non-commissioned military officer. He served as a representative at the Norwegian Constitutional Assembly. Helge Ellingsen Waagaard was born at VÃ¥gÃ¥rd farm at Lunder parish in Norderhov (now Ringerike) in Buskerud, Norway. Waagaard participated in the brief campaign in Østfold during the Swedish–Norwegian War (1814). In 1812, he married Anne Eriksdatter Kihle (1786-1863) with whom he had four children. Waagaard died at VÃ¥gÃ¥rd during the spring of 1817 having never fully recovered from wounds he suffered during the campaign in 1814.
