Ellen Van Dijk
Eleonora Maria "Ellen" van Dijk (; born 11 February 1987) is a Dutch professional road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam . Besides road cycling she was also a track cyclist until 2012. Van Dijk is known as a time trial specialist and is five times world champion. She won her first world title on the track in the scratch race in 2008. She became Road World Champion in 2012, 2013 and 2016 with her respective trade teams in the team time trial and in 2013 also in the individual time trial. In 2015, she won the time trial at the first European Games and the silver medal in the team time trial at the world championships. Van Dijk started as a speed skater and as part of her skating training she undertook cycling as part of cross-training in summer. She excelled at both, competing nationally at junior level. Harmelen
Harmelen is a town in the Dutch province of Utrecht. It is a part of the municipality of Woerden, and lies about 6 km east of Woerden. In 2001, the town of Harmelen had 6557 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 1.11 km², and contained 2481 residences.Statistics Netherlands (CBS), ''Bevolkingskernen in Nederland 2001'. Statistics are for the continuous built-up area. Harmelen is on the railway line between Utrecht (city), Utrecht and Woerden; its train station was opened on 21 May 1855 and closed on 15 May 1936. 2012 Lotto-Decca Tour
The 2012 Lotto–Decca Tour was the first edition of Lotto–Decca Tour, a women's cycle stage race in Belgium. The tour was held from 25 August to 27 August, 2012. The tour with an UCI rating of 2.2 started in Nijlen, and ended in Geraardsbergen. 158 cyclists started and 74 of them finished the tour. The Women's time trial of the 2007 Dutch National Time Trial Championships cycling event took place on 15 August 2007 in and around Zaltbommel, Netherlands over a 22.28 km long flat parcours. 2021 European Road Championships
The 2021 European Road Cycling Championships was the 27th running of the European Road Cycling Championships, that took place from 8 to 12 September 2021 in Trentino, Italy. The event consisted of a total of 6 road races and 7 time trials. Location On 10 June 2019 it was announced that, Trentino would host the event from 9 to 13 September 2020, however due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was postponed to 2021, and in its place the 2020 events were instead hosted by Plouay in France. The European Road Cycling Championships are the set of European championship events for the various disciplines and distances in road cycling and have been regulated by the European Cycling Union since 1995. The 2021 Healthy Ageing Tour was a women's cycle stage race that was held in the Netherlands from 10 to 12 March 2021. The 2021 edition of the race was the tenth running of the Healthy Ageing Tour, being held with a UCI rating of 2.1. The 2013 Gracia–Orlová is the 27th edition of the Gracia–Orlová, a women's cycling stage race. It is an Union Cycliste Internationale, UCI 2.2 category race and is held between 24 and 28 April 2012 in the Czech Republic. It consists of a prologue and 5 stages. Stages Prologue ;25 April 2012 – Havířov to Havířov (individual time trial), The prologue started in Havířov located in the east of the Republic, only 12 km from the Polish border and less than 40 km from Slovakia at 17:00 local time.
