Elektra (Suspekt Album)
Elektra is the fourth studio album from Danish hip hop group Suspekt, released 12 September 2011. It is produced by Rune Rask and Jonas Vestergaard. The symphony orchestra Czech Film Orchestra is featured on ''Brænder Byen Ned'' (''Burning Down The City''), ''Helt Alene'' (''All Alone''), ''Nyt Pas'' (''New Passport'', which features a 3 minutes classical music ending), and ''Parasitter'' (''Parasites''). The orchestral music was recorded in the Rudolfinum Concert Hall, Prague, and was composed and orchestrated by Frederik Magle who also plays pipe organ on ''Parasitter''. Danish singer Tina Dickow is featured on ''Helt Alene''. The album was presented in public for the first time at the release concert in Koncerthuset (Copenhagen), 10 September 2011. Suspekt
Suspekt is a Danish hip hop group. They are known for their dark, intense style, which has sometimes been described as horrorcore. The group consists of rappers Bai-D (Andreas Bai Duelund) and Orgi-E (Emil Simonsen), as well as producer Rune Rask. Former member Troo.L.S (Troels Nielsen) announced in 2008 that he would move to the United States to work, as a producer, with hip hop/R&B artist Akon. In 1998, they founded the record label Tabu Records. In 2009, the Suspekt members joined forces with rapper L.O.C. (rapper), L.O.C., forming the group Selvmord (band), Selvmord. Pipe Organ
The pipe organ is a musical instrument that produces sound by driving pressurized air (called ''wind'') through the organ pipes selected from a keyboard. Because each pipe produces a single pitch, the pipes are provided in sets called ''ranks'', each of which has a common timbre and volume throughout the keyboard compass. Most organs have many ranks of pipes of differing timbre, pitch, and volume that the player can employ singly or in combination through the use of controls called stops. Kendrick Lamar Duckworth (born June 17, 1987) is an American rapper and songwriter. The weekly Danish singles chart Track Top-40 combines the 40 best-selling tracks from legal music downloads and the sales of music singles on either CD or vinyl. DR Koncerthuset (; previously Copenhagen Concert Hall in English) by Jean Nouvel is a part of the new DR Byen (DR Town), that houses the Danish Broadcasting Corporation, DR. The concert hall and the DR Town are located in the northern part of Ørestad – an ambitious development area in Copenhagen, Denmark. Construction commenced in February 2003. The official opening was celebrated on January 17, 2009, making the total time of construction just a little under 6 years. Tina Dickow
Tina Dico (born Tina Dickow Danielsen on 14 October 1977) is a Danish singer-songwriter. She founded her own record label and releases her music independently, enjoying large success with her albums in her home country as well as critical acclaim across Europe. She is inspired by artists such as Tracy Chapman, Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen. In Denmark she performs both under her real name, Tina Dickow, and under the adopted name Tina Dico as well. Background and early life Dico was born in Åbyhøj in Aarhus. Tina's father, who owned a high-end Hi-Fi stereo system in their basement, introduced her to music while she was still quite young.
