El Cañaveral
El Cañaveral is an administrative List of neighborhoods of Madrid, neighborhood of Madrid, belonging to the district of Vicálvaro. Created in November 2017 after the passing of the new internal organization of the district on 31 October 2017 by the plenary of the Madrid City Council,: it is named after the ("Program of Urban Action") in the area, which unlike the administrative neighborhood does not extend to the east of the Cañada Real linear shanty town, as the administrative neighborhood also currently comprises the future development of , another PAU. The first neighbors of the PAU installed in 2016. As of 1 March 2020, the neighborhood has a population of 2,565. Once the PAU is fully built it is expected to feature 14,000 housing units. In addition, Los Cerros is tentatively expected to feature 15,000 housing units. San Fernando De Henares
San Fernando de Henares is a municipality in Spain, in the province and autonomous community of Madrid. It has an area of 39.9 km² and 41,380 inhabitants. Its agricultural production includes olives, cereals, vegetables, cattle and wool. Its industries include metalworking, mechanical engineering, food processing and graphic arts. Rivas-Vaciamadrid () is the 15th most populated city in the Community of Madrid, Spain. It belongs to the Madrid metropolitan area and is located just 15 km from central Madrid, to the south-east. Cañada Real is a shanty town in the Madrid Region of Spain, a linear succession of informal housing following a 14.4-kilometre-long stretch of the drovers' road connecting La Rioja and Ciudad Real. The largest illegal settlement in a European city, it extends through the municipalities of Coslada, Rivas-Vaciamadrid and Madrid.
