Eibar
Eibar ( eu, Eibar, es, Éibar) is a city and municipality within the province of Gipuzkoa, in the Basque Country of Spain. It is the head town of Debabarrena, one of the '' eskualde / comarca'' of Gipuzkoa. Eibar has 27,138 inhabitants ( Eustat, 2018). Its chief industry is metal manufacturing, and has been known since the 16th century for the manufacture of armaments, particularly finely engraved small arms. It was also the home of Serveta scooters. It is home to the SD Eibar football team. Geography Eibar lies at an altitude of 121m above sea level, in the west of the province of Gipuzkoa, right next to Biscay. Eibar has an oceanic climate. The town lies in a narrow valley in a mountainous area, the highest mountains are between 700 and 800 metres high. Eibar is traversed by river Ego, which is a tributary of the Deba. The Unbe Sports Complex ( eu, Unbe Kirol Konplexua, es, Complejo Deportivo de Unbe) is a sports complex in Eibar, Gipuzkoa, Basque Country, Spain. It is the home venue of the Primera Federación women's football team SD Eibar and used to be the training ground of the La Liga club SD Eibar until 2014. It was opened in 1997. División De Honor B De Rugby
División de Honor B is the second level of Spanish league competition for rugby union clubs. The league began in 1998 and consists of three groups (North, East and South) of 8 or 9 teams each. The two top teams of each group and two best 3rd-placed teams qualify for promotion playoff. Competition Format The season takes place between October and April. There are three groups of 12 teams, with every team playing each other home and away for a total of 22 matches. Points are awarded according to the following: *4 points for a win *2 points for a draw *1 bonus point is awarded to a team scoring 4 tries or more in a match *1 bonus point is awarded to a team that loses a match by 7 points or fewer Promotion playoffs For the promotion playoff, the teams are seeded by total points. The 2012–13 División de Honor B, the XV edition, began on October 13, 2012 with the first matchday of regular season and finished on May 5, 2013 with the Promotion playoffs final. Competition format The regular season runs through 18 matchdays. Upon completion the regular season, the two top teams of each group play a promotion playoff consisting of semifinal and final. The final winner is promoted to División de Honor while the loser team play the promotion playoff against the team qualified 11th in División de Honor.
