Egotronic
Egotronic is a German electropunk band from Berlin formed in 2000. It is well known for its Antideutsch political views. Band history After a couple of projects released through self-publishing, Egotronic joined the Hamburg record label Audiolith Records in 2005, whereon their first single ''Nein nein/Luxus'' (''No no/luxury'') got released. The band went on a tour through Russia (accompanied by the artist Plemo) during the same year. In 2006, Egotronic released their first album ''Die richtige Einstellung'' (''The right attitude''). The second album, ''Lustprinzip'' (''Pleasure principle'') followed in 2007, the third one in 2008. Its fourth album, called ''Ausflug mit Freunden'' (''Excursion with friends''), on which almost every song is a cooperation with friends of Egotronic, was released on 30 April 2010. Saalschutz
Saalschutz is a Swiss electropop band from Zurich. The band classifies its style as "techno punk". Band history After a split single with Knarf Rellöm, released on Rewika Records in 2003, the first album followed in 2004, released on ZickZack records. Saalschutz combines electronic dance music with mostly German, sometimes English and seldom French or Swiss German lyrics which often have dadaistic characteristics. It combines the styles of Synthpop, Electropunk and Electroclash – as well as Metal, Garage Rock, Tribal House and Trance – creating a style similar to that of Knarf Rellöm, Räuberhöhle and (in parts) Egotronic. In 2006, the second regular album was released on ZickZack and Audiolith Records. Audiolith Records is a German Independent record label from Bahrenfeld, Hamburg, which publishes mainly Electronic music and Indie rock. While the bands under the label have varied musical styles, the label's main focus is on Electropunk, where it has developed significant influence on the German music scene. Ten German Bombers
"Ten German Bombers" is a children's song, originally sung by British schoolchildren during World War II, and also the British Military. It has been adopted as a football chant by English football fans at matches against Germany. The song has recently been criticised as discriminatory by both the UEFA and the FA with fans chanting it facing bans from competitions. Lyrics "Ten German Bombers" makes reference to German bombers and defensive action by the RAF during World War II. It is sung to tune of "She'll Be Coming 'Round the Mountain". It is a simple repetitive song and the verse pattern follows a cumulative song format, similar to "Ten Green Bottles": These verses are then repeated with one more bomber being shot down each time. Anti-German (german: Antideutsch, yi, אַנטי-דײַטש, Anti-Daytsh) is the generic name applied to a variety of theoretical and political tendencies within the left mainly in Germany and Austria. The Anti-Germans form one of the main camps within the broader Antifa movement, alongside the Anti-Zionist anti-imperialists, after the two currents split between the 1990s and the early 2000s as a result of their diverging views on Israel.
