Egidio Perfetti (born 5 June 1975 in Sorengo) is a Norwegian racing driver. He is also a director in the family business Perfetti Van Melle, which is an Italian global manufacturer of confectionery and gum, dating back to the 1940s. Today it is the third largest group in the world in its sector after Mondelez International and Mars Inc. Mentos is one of the Perfetti Van Melle brands which is often promoted on Perfetti's racing cars. A cosmopolitan, Perfetti was born in Switzerland to an Italian father and Norwegian mother. After a long spell in Asia, Perfetti now resides in Amsterdam, Netherlands, where the family business head office is located. His nationality is Norwegian and carries a Norwegian passport. Patrick Lindsey (born April 22, 1982) is an American racing driver, team owner and businessman. Outside racing, he serves as president of the air transport company Mira Vista Aviation. Career Lindsey's started his motorsport career in Bakersfield, California, where he used an old race truck in a drag race. In 2013, he drove together with his teammate Patrick Long in the Rolex Sports Car Series on a Porsche 997. FIA World Endurance Championship In the 2018-19 FIA WEC season, Lindsey drove for the Team Project 1 on a Porsche 911 GT3 RSR. FIA World Endurance Championship
The FIA World Endurance Championship is an auto racing world championship organized by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO) and sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The series supersedes the ACO's former Intercontinental Le Mans Cup which began in 2010 and is the first endurance series of world championship status since the demise of the World Sportscar Championship at the end of 1992. The World Endurance Championship name was previously used by the FIA from 1981 to 1985. Paul Dalla Lana
Paul Dalla Lana is a Canadian entrepreneur, philanthropist, and former amateur racing driver who recently drove for Northwest AMR in the World Endurance Championship. He is featured in the documentary "The gentleman driver", about non professional drivers. He is the founder of NorthWest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust, which owns and manages medical buildings in Canada. In 2008, he donated CAD $20-million to establish the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. In 2018, it was announced he was making an additional $20-million gift to the school. In April 2023, Dalla Lana announced that he would be retiring from motorsport with immediate effect to concentrate on his business ventures. Mathias Lauda
Mathias Lauda (born 30 January 1981) is an Austrian racing driver currently racing for Aston Martin Racing as a factory driver in the FIA World Endurance Championship. He is the son of the late three-time Formula One world champion Niki Lauda and his first wife, Marlene. He has a brother, Lukas, who is currently his manager. Career Lauda was born during his father's temporary retirement from F1. Unlike many drivers, who start out in karting, Lauda debuted in 2002 in Formula Nissan 2000. He also drove in two races of German Formula VW and one race of Spanish Formula Three. He moved to World Series Lights in 2003 with the Vergani team, again moving in 2004 to the Euro Formula 3000 Series. José Pedro Mourão Lamy Viçoso, OIH, known as Pedro Lamy (; born 20 March 1972) is a Portuguese professional racing driver currently racing in endurance races teaming up with Mathias Lauda and gentleman driver Paul Dalla Lana. Career Junior formula Cairoli began his single-seater racing career in 2012, competing in the Italian Formula Renault Championship.
