Edward Rogers (composer)
Edward Rogers is a Los Angeles–based musician and composer for film and television. He has written the music for several television series, including ''Bloodline'' (Netflix), '' Warehouse 13'' ( Syfy), '' NYPD Blue'' ( ABC), '' Over There'' ( FX), and ''Alphas'' ( Syfy) as well as numerous films, advertising spots and television movies. In 2014 he co-wrote the score for '' The Bag Man'' starring Robert De Niro, John Cusack and Crispin Glover with composer Tony Morales. He collaborated with Morales again on the first season of ''Bloodline'', released in March 2015. In 2010 he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy for "Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music" for the ''Warehouse 13'' theme. In 2011 he was nominated for a Hollywood Music in Media Award for "Best Soundtrack" for the ''Warehouse 13'' Season 2 Soundtrack album. ''Bloodline'' is an American Netflix original thriller drama television series created by Todd A. Kessler, Glenn Kessler, and Daniel Zelman, and produced by Sony Pictures Television. The series premiered on February 9, 2015, in the Berlinale Special Galas section of the 65th Berlin International Film Festival, and the 13-episode first season premiered in its entirety, on Netflix, on March 20, 2015. On March 31, 2015, ''Bloodline'' was renewed for a 10-episode second season that debuted on May 27, 2016. James Gamble Rogers IV
James Gamble Rogers IV (January 31, 1937 – October 10, 1991) was an American folk artist musician and storyteller known for the recurring theme in his songs and stories about characters and places in a fictional Florida county. He was a 1998 inductee into the Florida Artists Hall of Fame. Biography Born in Winter Park, Florida, Rogers was the namesake of two architects in the family – his father James Gamble Rogers II and great-uncle James Gamble Rogers. As a young man, he chose to become a musician—while on his way to interview for a job at an architecture firm, he attended a Serendipity Singers audition in New York City, borrowed a guitar, tried out, and was admitted to the group.
