Eddy Allen Maillet (born October 19, 1967) is a Seychellois football referee, born in Victoria. He has been a full international referee for FIFA since 2001. Victoria () is the capital and largest city of the Republic of Seychelles, situated on the north-eastern side of Mahé island, the archipelago's main island. The 2008 Africa Cup of Nations, also known as the MTN Africa Cup of Nations due to the competition's sponsorship by MTN, was the 26th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the biennial football tournament for nations affiliated to the Confederation of African Football (CAF). In association football, the referee is the person responsible for interpreting and enforcing the Laws of the Game during a match.
