Ezra W. Wilkinson
Ezra W. Wilkinson (February 6, 1801 – February 6, 1882) was a Massachusetts politician. Personal life Wilkinson was born in Attleborough, Massachusetts on February 14, 1801, to Noah Wilkinson. He was graduated at Brown University in 1824. In person he was very tall and erect, even to the last days of his life. He was scrupulously neat in his attire. He was not easy or fluent in speech, but he was concise and accurate in his use of language. He died in Dedham, but his remains were interred in Wrentham. At his funeral in St. Paul's Church, Dedham, a large number of members of the bar from Boston and elsewhere were in attendance. Resolutions of respect for his memory were presented in the Superior Court at Salem, and in Boston, shortly after his decease. Career Legal Wilkinson began his professional studies with Hon. Attleboro is a city in Bristol County, Massachusetts, United States. It was once known as "The Jewelry Capital of the World" for its many jewelry manufacturers. According to the 2020 census, Attleboro had a population of 46,461. Attleboro is located about west of Taunton, 10 miles north of Providence, northwest of Fall River, and south of Boston. History In 1634, English settlers first arrived in the territory that is now Attleboro. The deed that granted them the land was written by Native American Wamsutta. The land was divided in 1694 as the town of Attleborough. It included the towns of Cumberland, Rhode Island, until 1747 and North Attleborough, Massachusetts, until 1887. Monmouth Academy is a public school in Monmouth, Maine, United States. It was established as a private school in 1803, hence the word "academy" in its name. The only piece remaining from the original school is the pillared area on the left of what is now known as Monmouth Middle School.
