Eye (hurricane)
The eye is a region of mostly calm weather at the center of tropical cyclones. The eye of a storm is a roughly circular area, typically in diameter. It is surrounded by the ''eyewall'', a ring of towering thunderstorms where the most severe weather and highest winds occur. The cyclone's lowest barometric pressure occurs in the eye and can be as much as 15 percent lower than the pressure outside the storm. In strong tropical cyclones, the eye is characterized by light winds and clear skies, surrounded on all sides by a towering, symmetric eyewall. In weaker tropical cyclones, the eye is less well defined and can be covered by the central dense overcast, an area of high, thick clouds that show up brightly on satellite imagery. Weaker or disorganized storms may also feature an eyewall that does not completely encircle the eye or have an eye that features heavy rain. ''Eye of the Hurricane'' is the third studio album from The Alarm. It was first released in October 1987 in the US on I.R.S. Records. Eye Of A Hurricane (The Flying Burrito Brothers Album)
''Eye of a Hurricane'' is the 6th studio album by The Flying Burrito Brothers, released in 1994. In the early 1990s, longtime Flying Burrito Brothers members John Beland, Gib Guilbeau, Sneaky Pete Kleinow and Chris Ethridge teamed up with Australian rock legend, Brian Cadd and former Elvis Presley drummer, Ronnie Tutt, to form a brand new version of Burritos. The sessions took place at Brian Cadd's studio in Franklin, Tennessee and the material was mostly written by Beland, Cadd and Guilbeau, with one song contributed by Ethridge. Beland and Cadd produced the album for Magnum Records, in London England. In support of the album, Beland, Cadd, Kleinow and Guilbeau toured Europe in the early 90s, playing clubs and concerts. Ilse Annoeska de Lange (born 13 May 1977), better known as Ilse DeLange, is a Dutch country and pop rock singer-songwriter. As a member of The Common Linnets, she finished in second place at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. Biography Ilse Annoeska de Lange was born on 13 May 1977 in Almelo, Netherlands. ''Maiden Voyage'' is the fifth album led by jazz musician Herbie Hancock, and was recorded by Rudy Van Gelder on March 17, 1965, for Blue Note Records. It was issued as BLP 4195 and BST 84195. Featuring Hancock with tenor saxophonist George Coleman, trumpeter Freddie Hubbard, bassist Ron Carter and drummer Tony Williams, it is a concept album aimed at creating an oceanic atmosphere. As such, many of the track titles refer to marine biology or the sea, and the musicians develop the concept through their use of space. Me In Motion
Me in Motion was a Christian rock band from Nashville, Tennessee. The members consisted of Seth Mosley (lead vocals, guitar), Tim Wilson (bass, background vocals) and Brian Dexter (drums, background vocals). Biography Me in Motion formed in Ohio in 2006 and toured extensively around the midwest region gaining support. Alexander Gordon Higgins (18 March 1949 – 24 July 2010) was a Northern Irish professional snooker player who is remembered as one of the most iconic figures in the game. Nicknamed "Hurricane Higgins" because of his fast play, he was World Champion in 1972 and 1982, and runner-up in 1976 and 1980. He became the first qualifier to win the world title in 1972, a feat only two players have achieved since – Terry Griffiths in 1979 and Shaun Murphy in 2005.
