Pawtucket is a city in Providence County, Rhode Island, United States. The population was 75,604 at the 2020 census, making the city the fourth-largest in the state. Robert Charles Nicholson Monahan (December 1, 1873 – January 29, 1963) was a Canadian-American architect from Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Life and career Monahan was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, in 1873. His father, Robert Monahan, was a carpenter. He moved to the United States in 1892 and opened his office in Pawtucket at the turn of the century. Up until 1926, he worked alone until adding Robert R. Meikle as a partner to the newly formed Monahan & Meikle firm. In 1943, Carl F. Blackstone River
The Blackstone River is a river in the U.S. states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. It flows approximately 48 mi (80 km) and drains a watershed of approximately 540 sq. mi (1,400 km2).
