Ewan Ashman
Ewan Ashman (born 3 April 2000) is a Scotland international rugby union player. He plays for Sale Sharks in Premiership Rugby. He plays at hooker. Career Club Born in Toronto, Ontario, Ashman started playing rugby at Sandbach RUFC. First playing as a centre or a back row, Ashman eventually became a hooker. He made his senior debut for the Cheshire’s club in Midlands Premier during the 2017–18 season, also joining Sale Sharks academy in 2017. He joined the Sharks' professional squad ahead of the 2018–19 seasons. During the next season he was first loaned to Edinburgh as players had left for the World Cup, but never managed to make his professional debut, being blocked by Dave Cherry, Cammy Fenton and Mike Willemse, eventually ending up playing in National League 1 with Sale FC. Back Row (rugby Union)
In the game of rugby union, there are 15 players on each team, comprising eight forwards (wearing jerseys numbered 1–8) and seven backs (numbered 9–15). In addition, there may be up to eight replacement players "on the bench", numbered 16–23. Players are not restricted to a single position, although they generally specialise in just one or two that suit their skills and body types. Players that play multiple positions are called "utility players". Forwards compete for the ball in scrums and line-outs and are generally bigger and stronger than the backs. The COVID-19 pandemic was first confirmed to have spread to England with two cases among Chinese nationals staying in a hotel in York on 31 January 2020. The two main public bodies responsible for health in England are NHS England and Public Health England (PHE). NHS England oversees the budget, planning, delivery and day-to-day operation of the commissioning side of the NHS in England, while PHE's mission is "to protect and improve the nation's health and to address inequalities". Leicester Tigers
Leicester Tigers (officially Leicester Football Club) are a professional rugby union club based in Leicester, England. They play in Premiership Rugby, England's top division of rugby. The club was founded in 1880 and since 1892 plays its home matches at Mattioli Woods Welford Road in the south of the city. The club has been known by the nickname Tigers since at least 1885. National League 1
National One (last season known as National League 1 and previously known before September 2009 as National Division Two), is the third of three national leagues in the domestic rugby union competition of England. It was known as Courage League National Division Three when founded in 1987. Caldy are the current champions. The Rugby Football Union (RFU) approved a new structure for the National Leagues from the 2022–23 season. This division will be reduced to fourteen teams, playing each other on a home and away basis to make a total of 26 matches each. The champions are promoted to the RFU Championship and the bottom three teams are relegated to either National Two East, National Two North or National Two West depending on the geographical location of the team. Michael Evan Willemse (born 14 February 1993) is a South African rugby union player for in Premiership Rugby. His regular position is hooker. Cameron Fenton
Cameron Fenton (born 20 November 1995 in Scotland) is a Scottish rugby union player who plays for Edinburgh Rugby in the Pro14. Fenton can play at Hooker or Prop positions. He is a graduate of the Scottish Rugby Academy. Amateur career Fenton began playing rugby at Bell Baxter High School, with whom he won the Brewin Dolphin Plate. David Cherry (born 3 January 1991) is a Scotland international rugby union player who plays for Edinburgh Rugby in the United Rugby Championship. The 2019 Rugby World Cup was the ninth edition of the Rugby World Cup, the quadrennial world championship for men's rugby union teams. ''The Independent'' is a British online newspaper. It was established in 1986 as a national morning printed paper.
