Evžen Hadamczik (28 October 1939 – 19 September 1984) was a Czech football manager and former player. He was responsible for the Golden Era of Baník Ostrava football club, winning the Czechoslovak First League in 1980 and 1981 with them. Evzen Kolar (July 8, 1950 – July 11, 2017) was a Czech film producer. Born in Brno, he acted on film and television from an early age. Kolar moved to directing televised work and was also known for directing commercials. He was based in London before relocating to the United States in 1979. Kolar worked for Fireline Productions and Crossover Films Entertainment before starting his own company KPI Entertainment in 1993. He died in Los Angeles at the age of 67 in 2017. Evzen Korec (born 16 September 1956) is a Czech scientist and businessman. He is the owner and CEO of the real estate development company EKOSPOL and Tábor Zoo. He is the co-author of 11 patents and more than 20 research articles published in international scientific journals. Korec has also written six books. Education and scientific career Korec graduated from the Faculty of Science, Charles University in 1981, in Molecular Biology and Genetics. His master's thesis was titled "Analysis of Susceptibility and Resistance to Rous Sarcoma Virus in Inbred Line of Minor Poultry." Between 1983 and 1986, he worked as a researcher at the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences, where he received a Ph.D. in Oncology with his doctoral thesis, "The Expression and Detection of Virus Proteins of Tumor Viruses." Evžen Plocek
Evžen Plocek (29 October 1929, Jihlava – 9 April 1969, Jihlava) was a Czech man (reform communist) who committed suicide by self-immolation as a political protest. He is usually named together with Jan Palach and Jan Zajíc whose self-immolations were similar political protests as Plocek's, but his death did not bring the same attention as the death of his predecessors. Death Evžen Plocek was a toolmaker by trade, but by 1968 had become deputy director of the car-parts company Motorpal and a candidate to the extraordinary meeting of the Czech Communist Party (see Prague Spring). Evžen Tošenovský (born 26 February 1956) is a Czech politician. He was elected as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) in the 2009 European Parliament election receiving the largest number of preference votes. Tošenovský graduated from the VSB – Technical University of Ostrava in 1981. In 1993, he was elected mayor of Ostrava and remained in the office until 2000. From 2000 to 2008, Tošenovský served as governor of Moravian-Silesian Region. He's married and has two children. Tošenovský is also a recipient of numerous awards and decorations.
