''Everything Louder than Everyone Else'' is the sixth live album by the band Motörhead, recorded on 21 May 1998, and released on 9 March 1999, on Steamhammer; their first live album with the label, but fourth album release. Recording Vocalist/bassist Lemmy recalled making this during the Snake Bite Love tour, having decided to include an entire show on the release, which they hadn't done before because of the limitations of vinyl. "Iron Fist" is a song by the British heavy metal band Motörhead. It was released as a single in 1982, in 7" pressings in blue, black and translucent red vinyl. The title track on the single is covered with ( B-side's) "Remember Me, I'm Gone", which appears on CD re-issues of the '' Iron Fist'' album. In Spain, the title track was put on the B-side of "Go to Hell" and was issued with a picture sleeve of the band dressed as warriors in skull masks. This is the last single featuring the classic Motörhead line-up of Lemmy, "Fast" Eddie Clarke and Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor, as Clarke left following the recording of the '' Stand By Your Man EP''. ''Ace of Spades'' is the fourth studio album by British rock band Motörhead, released in October 1980 via Bronze Records. It is the band's most commercially successful album, peaking at number four on the UK Albums Chart and reaching gold status in the UK by March 1981. ''1916'' is the ninth studio album by British rock band Motörhead, released in January 1991. It was their first on WTG Records. The single "The One to Sing the Blues" peaked at number 45. The album was the final Motörhead album to feature Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor on drums in its entirety. Background In 1990, Motörhead frontman Lemmy moved from England to the U.S., settling in West Hollywood within walking distance of the Rainbow Bar and Grill. With Phil Carson managing the band, the sessions for what would become the album ''1916'' began with Ed Stasium, best known for producing the Ramones, Talking Heads, and Living Colour. The band recorded four songs with the producer before deciding he had to go. Pete Gill
Peter Gill (born 9 June 1951) is an English former heavy metal drummer, formerly a member of The Glitter Band, Saxon and Motörhead. Gill was one of the two drummers in The Glitter Band, then formed part of the original line-up of Saxon in 1978. He stayed with them until 1981, recording their first four albums, leaving the band after he injured his hand. Gill later spent three years with Motörhead, 1984 to 1987, recording four new tracks for the compilation '' No Remorse'', '' The Birthday Party'' and one full album, '' Orgasmatron''. The band also toured extensively in the time Gill was a member. After years of absence Gill reunited with his former Saxon colleagues in a new band, named Son of a Bitch with bassist Steve Dawson and guitarist Graham Oliver. ''Overnight Sensation'' is the thirteenth studio album by British rock band Motörhead. It was released on 15 October 1996 via Steamhammer, their second on the label. It is their first studio album to not feature guitarist Würzel, and returning to usual three-piece format, instead of four-piece on the past six albums. ''Sacrifice'' is the twelfth studio album by British Rock music, rock band Motörhead. It was released on 27 March 1995 via SPV GmbH, SPV/Steamhammer, the band's first release on the label. It is the second and final album to feature the four-piece lineup of Lemmy, Phil Campbell (musician), Phil Campbell, Würzel, and Mikkey Dee, as Würzel left the band after the album's recording.
